Exhibition Is One way to Introduce your Company to public. on exhibition we are only provided a small place for show of about our company product. a room with as little as 2×3 or 3×3 meters with one table and two chairs may become our stand to exhibit our company product. for newbies it will difficult to find something match between small room, background, exhibition banners, table covers, etc.
what should be prepared?
first time you must prepare some direction for your exhibition. Some directions are: to sell product, promote your new product, introduce your quality service (for service company) looking some investor, trade show exhibits and many more.
second your exhibition theme. what your company’s business focus? science, news, environment, flight etc. you your theme of exhibition stand will depend on your business focus.
third your target audience. from two above target audience are important for successful your exhibition. you know what you will show and he or she will be memorable about your exhibition.
another factor that can be gave a success on your exhibition are balancing content and your your exhibit location usually on 3×3 room we will need less accessories than bigger one. table top display can be smart solution for your small area usually it be use to promote their new product near gate door of shopping center which it need a small area (less than 2×2 meters).
direction chairs usually not observed by customers but you can choose the unique one to balancing your exhibition stand. so your customers will be memorable and ask many question about your company product.
accessories like LCD, laptop can be use of your exhibition to display your company video profile so it will see more interactive. at last choose accessories what you need don’t be excessive or customers will be bored and go away to your exhibition or they only see from far and never stop to your stand because unbalancing of your accessories.
don’t tell a lie If you present about your product present the truth about your product so user will not dispute about your product, he or she will tell to another people if he or she like your product so your sales will growing rapidly don’t forget to ask some feedback from your customers about your product because feedback are important (how about your product in customers eyes) you will know some mistakes about your product so you will fixed soon.
